2. How detailed does my profile need to be to get good matches?

To get started with our matching algorithm, only 2 hard skills, 1 language and an active search mission are required. However, we recommend that you fill out your profile as completely as possible. The more details you provide, the more precise and suitable the job matches will be for you.

3. What happens after I apply for a job?

After you have applied for a job, the company gets access to your Matching Card, which shows your Matching Score and relevant matches, but without your personal data. If the company shows interest, they will request your contact details to get in touch with you.

4. How exactly does the matching algorithm work?

Our algorithm compares your information on skills, work experience, education, salary requirements and other factors with the requirements and conditions of available jobs. Based on this analysis, a matching score is calculated, which indicates the accuracy of fit between you and the job offers.

5. Can I decide which companies see my data?

As soon as you apply for a job, you implicitly give your consent for the company in question to request your contact details if they are interested. Your personal data will only be shared after your application and if a company is specifically interested.

Registration and use of Match Crowd is completely free of charge for job seekers. There are no fees for creating a profile or applying for jobs.

Creating a detailed and complete profile increases your chances of a good match. Provide accurate information about your skills, experience and preferences to improve the accuracy of the match.

8. What happens if a company finds my profile interesting?

If a company finds your profile interesting and wants to learn more, they will request your contact details. You will be informed about this and the company can then contact you directly.
